I went to meet with Linda Lindsey for a second opinion because I felt my attorney did not spend enough time on my case and gave me mixed advice/information. I felt my hired attorney came to court unprepared. I had an hour appointment with Linda Lindsey, but she went over that time. She really cared and gave me advice I did not receive from all the hours/phone calls with my attorney. Don't make my mistake!!..Just because someone has been in the court room for years and is expensive doesn't mean they are good or care. They may have too many cases, be burnt out and/or be in it for the money alone. I wish I would have hired Linda Lindsey from the start. She changed my life with the advice she gave me, something I did not get from another Attorney!.. I told a friend of mine about her and she switched to her!.. "My sister's case was a very complicated case. In my family many of us carry the PSEN 1 gene which is a form of Dominant Familial Early Onset Alzheimer's and because of this she found herself in a very bad situation and had no say with her life and the hardships that followed. We counseled with a few other Attorneys that really were not too sure how to handle her case. We started with legal aid in Orange County but they were only able to start the processes. It is difficult for my sister to speak due to her disability and I needed someone to speak on her behalf. We were advised by the judge to seek represented by an Attorney or the judge was going to dismiss the case. Diana had not seen her kids for at least 5 months and her soon to be ex-husband is a very difficult person who refused to work with me on visitations for her and the kids. When we first met Attorney Linda Lindsey my sister and I drove home knowing that we were in good hands. Throughout the whole ordeal Ms. Lindsey was informative, patient, kind and professional. Ms. Lindsey prepared us, and gave us the confidence we needed when it came to family mediation and returned calls when we needed to speak to her. In the end with me as her Guardian ad litem and Attorney Linda Lindsey by our side, Diana received what we had hoped for. Diana now has regular visitations with her children and her ex-husband and I communicate via text.

Attorney Linda Lindsey was very fair with her fees. She is very knowledgeable in family law and seems to work very well with the other Attorney which I feel is a plus. She keeps us informed so we are not in the dark. Ms. Linda Lindsey knew exactly what needed to be done in my sisters' case and was even willing to keep fighting for more visitation time. Ms. Linda Lindsey took on a difficult case and made it a walk in the park for us. I highly recommend her and if I need an attorney again, I would definitely call on Attorney Linda Lindsey. We can never thank you enough for all you have done Ms. Lindsey, you are our hero."
